STEP BY STEP
(Flett, Hill), 1966

Baby now you're mine.
It's going to work out fine.
we got to take it slow.
So we better start now.
And I'm going to tell you now.
And take it step by step,
Baby, step by step, step by step,
Baby, step by step, take it easy
And you won't regret.
Step by step, Baby, step by step.
Got to make it clean,
We got a great thing here.
And here its going to stay.

It's been planned that way,
Si, listen to me when I say,
And take it step by step,
Baby, step by step, step by step,
Baby, step by step, take it easy
And you won't regret.
Step by step, Baby, step by step.
Looking down a mountain,
If you build a little at a time.
We're in the bottom of the mountain,
Well baby, we're going to clime.
Going to feel so great,
I can hardly wait.
You make me feel so worth
While every time you smile.
You know you're going to arrive me wild.
And take it step by step,
Baby, step by step, step by step,
Baby, step by step, take it easy
And you won't regret.
Step by step, Baby, step by step.

LOOKING AROUND
(Flett, Hill), 1966

Under my feet a different street,
I wander around from town to town
Just looking around.
So many miles and nobody smiles.
Every one stares and no one cares
That I am around, here in their town.
A thousand places I have been a million faces,
I have seen.
Oh! When I know what I want for this town,
Until then I'll be looking around.
It's a light so calm,
It's a light so calm.
Under the sky,
Under the sky.
A flash in my mind.
I stop inside, oh, where're they bound.
Are they looking around?
Supervious sound a feet under the ground, under the ground.
I need a breathing space.
A place to lay my head down.
Start looking around,
Looking around ............
PEANUTS
(Cook), 1967

Peanuts oh yeah Peanuts Peanuts Peanuts Peanuts
Peanuts Peanuts Peanuts Peanuts Peanuts
Yes, you're my girl, I love you and I'll never let you go.

Peanuts Peanuts Peanuts Peanuts Peanuts
Yes, you're my girl, I love you and I'll never let you go.

I love you Peanuts with all my heart and soul
You know I'm crazy about you baby
Crazy about you baby, won't you come on in.

I love you and I'll never let you go.

CHERRY, CHERRY
(Diamond), 1967

Baby loves me yes yes she does
All the girls out of sight yeah
Says she loves me yes yes she does
I'm gonna show her a night yet.

She got the way to move me, Cherry
She got the way to groove me, Cherry baby
She got the way to move me,
She got the way to groove me.

Tell your Mama girl we're gonna stay home
We got things we gotta catch up on
You don't even know what I'm saying
Can't stand still while the music is playing
Ain't got no right no no you don't
Never be so sad anymore
Won't need bright lights no no we won't
We're gonna make our own lightning.

We won't tell a soul where we're going to
Girl we'll do whatever we want to
I don't know where but you do me
Cherry baby, you really get to me.

HIROSHIMA
(D. Morgan), 1971

There's a shadow of a man at Hiroshima
where he'd pass the noon
in a wonderland at Hiroshima
'neath the August moon
And the world remembers his face
- remembers the place was here..

Fly the metal bird to Hiroshima
and away your load.
Speak the magic word to Hiroshima
let the sky explode.
And the world remembers your name
- remembers the flame was here..
Hiroshima.

Speak-report: (read by Lou Reizner)
Hiroshima, Japanese city of three hundred
thousand people
Ceased to exist at 9:15 on a Monday morning
While going about its business in the sunshine
of a hot summer day.
It vanished in a huge ball of fire and a cloud
of boiling smoke
Obliterated by the first atom bomb used in the
history of world war terror
Such is the electrifying report of the American
crew of the superforce who dropped the bomb
as a cataclysmic warning to the Japs to get out
of war or be destroyed.
Hiroshima, the whole crew agreed was blotted
out but a flash more brilliant than the sun

THIS TIME TOMORROW
(D. Morgan), 1971

Now the time has nearly come
you watch the setting sun
this time tomorrow Ill be gone

Here nothing could be bad
No one to feel sad
this time tomorrow looking back

Yes I'll miss those happy days
as the sunset meets my gaze
I'll remember that I love you

So this is how it ends
I'd love to make amends
this time tomorrow well be friends

[Repeat last two verses]

Mmmmhmmm La da da da da la oh....
EVERSINCE I CAN REMEMBER
(D. Morgan), 1971

Ever since I can remember
there's been this tree - in the garden it stood
waiting for love or December
turning to blossom to flower to wood
And the years they pass away
passing by they're heard to say
who are you that you can stay
while everything must die?
Ever since I can remember
being alive

How far back can you remember?
can you recall there was nothing at all
only the breath of an ember
only the thought for what is and what ought
And the years they pass away
passing by they're heard to say
who are you that you can stay
while everything must die?
How far back can you remember
being alive

And creation takes it's course
without affection or remorse
while I'm making myself hoarse
something else has died
and only the tree can remember
and survive

AMERICA
(Heinz-Dieter Brandt-Gudat – Rolf Oppermann – Jof –
John Franklin – Tony Collier – Kevin Finn), 1978

Summer in California,
Through the L.A. haze I saw you smile.
Winter high in Alaska,
I sat down to talk with you a while.

America
I hear your voice is calling out to me
America
I touched you and you set my spirit free.
Denver to Chicago,
New York to L. A.
Everywhere you’re with me,
Showing me the way ... ... ... ...

Flying over the canyon,
I swear I saw your face look up at me.
Searching into the forest
The redwoods held your secret safe for me.

America
I hear your voice is calling out to me
America
I touched you and you set my spirit free.
Denver to Chicago,
New York to L. A.
Everywhere you’re with me,
Showing me the way ... ... ... ...

America, Oo-oo-ah
America, Oo-oo-ah
America, Oo-oo-ah
America
I hear your voice is calling out to me
America
I touched you and you set my spirit free.
Denver to Chicago,
New York to L. A.
Everywhere you’re with me,
Showing me the way ... ... ... ...

Do-do-do-do-do doo
Do-do-do-do-do doo
America ...
